Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nateo — our suite of native widgets for Wix — and this website. Please read them; by installing or using Nateo, you agree to them.

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and datadir s. r. o., Bauerova 1205/7, 040 23 Košice, Slovakia (“we”, “us”). If you use Nateo on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. The service

Nateo adds native widgets — such as a testimonials wall and an announcement bar — to your Wix site through the Wix App Market. Widgets are installed, configured, and managed from your Wix dashboard, and they automatically theme to your site. A free tier is available, alongside paid plans that raise limits and remove the Nateo badge.

3. Eligibility and your Wix account

You must be able to enter into a binding contract and must operate the Wix site on which you install Nateo. You are responsible for your Wix account, for the content you configure in the widgets, and for ensuring that content is lawful and that you have any consents required to display it.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Billing is handled by Wix through the Wix App Market. The available plans, prices, billing cycle, and any free trial are shown on the Nateo listing and on our pricing page; a single subscription covers every widget in the suite. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Wix account, and taxes are handled by Wix. If you cancel, you return to the free tier, and your content remains in your own Wix site.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Nateo for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service; circumvent plan limits or security; or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated breaches.

6. Your content and our intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you configure in the widgets, and you grant us only the limited rights needed to store and display that content through the widget on your site. We (and our licensors) retain all rights in Nateo, including the software, the widgets, the Nateo name and branding, and this website; nothing in these Terms transfers those rights to you beyond the right to use the service under these Terms.

7. Third-party platform

Nateo runs on the Wix platform and depends on it. Wix’s own terms, pricing, and availability apply to your Wix site and are outside our control.

8. Availability and “as is”

We work to keep Nateo reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, datadir s. r. o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Nateo is limited to the amount you paid for Nateo in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of Nateo or from the content you configure in the widgets.

11. Termination

You may stop using Nateo at any time by uninstalling it from your Wix site. We may suspend or end the service, or these Terms, for breach or where required by law. On termination, your right to use Nateo ends; your content remains in your own Wix site.

12. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Where changes are material, we will reflect them by updating the “last updated” date, and your continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Nateo. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor of our business.
